If a button does not open your email app, send the request directly to support@healthcare-api.com. We will not confirm whether an account exists until any necessary identity checks are complete.

Account deletion removes personal information within 1 month, except where limited information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
